Fulfilling one’s fantasy is a great desire...Please observe and respect our Guidelines and Policies to ensure everyone stays safe while having fun. Failure to comply with our Guidelines and Policies may result in removal or suspension.
Our Guidelines and Policies was designed to keep our environment safe and fun and to prevent the violation and privacy of our members, and our community standards.
Minimum age: 21+.
Admission is strictly by reservation; call or book in advance, no walk-ins.
Entry is strictly for members and pre-approved guests with valid ID and official credentials.
For members A VICE CITY Membership ID or confirmed reservation ticket is required for entry.
Non-members may be granted access to select events open to non-members. Must request approval via www.discovervice.com/eventapproval
A non-member may attend a maximum of 3 events as a guest. After 3 visits, the individual will be required to sign up for membership in order to continue attending VICE CITY experiences.
Membership fees must be paid in full and on time to retain membership privileges.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, revoke membership, or deny entry without explanation.
All members, guests, and staff must sign the NDA (in perpetuity) and Membership Terms of Service before entry, ensuring full compliance.
Confidentiality is absolute — what is seen, heard, or experienced inside VICE CITY remains private; member identities, activities, and the club’s location or access codes must never be disclosed without written approval from Management.
Content creation is allowed only at select times, in approved spaces with prior authorization, signed waivers, mutual consent of the participating parties only, and direct management supervision.
Privacy protections extend to contact restrictions: no exchanging numbers, socials, contact notes, or apps with members, staff, or models, and no private booking requests — all inquiries must go through Management.
A strict Non-Compete Clause prohibits creating or supporting competing groups or recruiting from within the club.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate dismissal, revoked membership, permanent removal from roles, and possible legal action.
Arrival: Sensual & Chic Casual (minimal jewelry, no excess clothing).
Inside: Lingerie, loungewear, underwear, or nude optional. Ski/masquerade masks welcome.
Departure: All members, and guests are required to be fully clothed when leaving.
Elegant, theme-appropriate attire is required at all times.
Management reserves the right to deny entry for non-compliance with dress standards.
Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and courtesy.
Consent is absolute. A “No” must be respected immediately.
Harassment, coercion, or violation of consent will result in immediate removal and possible termination of membership.
No violence, aggressive behavior, or abuse toward staff or members.
No solicitation, vending, drugs, or prostitution. Zero tolerance.
Zero tolerance policy on Discrimination, Racism, Sexism, Colorism.
Management reserves the right to revoke membership or deny entry without explanation in cases of misconduct.
Respect the purpose of each space: lounges, themed playrooms, private rooms.
Washrooms, balconies, and outdoor spaces are not for sexual activity.
Leave no trace: dispose of condoms, wipes, wrappers, and cups in bins provided. Notify staff if any areas need attention.
No drinks allowed in playrooms.
Keep voices low — no loud moaning, screaming.
Keep off walls at all times. No hands, leaning or posing on walls.
No Closed Doors. All portals (play rooms) shall remain unlocked and open at all times.
Private rooms can be booked in advance for personal pleasure and indulgence.
Restricted areas: No entry unless authorized.
Management reserves the right to impose a fine of $500–$2,000 on any member or guest found in violation of our Facilities & Playroom Etiquette Policy.
Maintain impeccable personal hygiene.
Members and guests must freshen up before entering play areas.
Management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not meeting hygiene standards.
Playroom etiquette: keep playrooms clean, dispose of sex supplies in bin after use.
Management reserves the right to impose a fine of $500–$2,000 on any member or guest found in violation of our Facilities & Playroom Etiquette Policy.
Admission is strictly by reservation; no walk-ins. Book at least 24-72 hours in advance. Or Immediately as our events and services are always booked out.
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment; no holds, partial payments or extensions allowed.
Booking Details: Full Name, Email, Contact Number and Photo ID is required for Non-Member reservations, while Full Name, and Email is required for existing Member to book.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event; late cancellations or no-shows may result in a penalty or forfeit of payment.
All Non-member reservations must be made directly via www.discovervice.com/eventapproval. Non-member reservations and admission must be pre-approved by management. Non-members may use existing Membership contacts as reference for fast track support and approval.
Members are responsible for the behavior and compliance of their guests.
Invitations must align with club guidelines and be confirmed before arrival.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in being barred from future bookings and services.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, revoke reservations, or cancel bookings without explanation.
Members and guests must comply with our sexual health and wellness policies.
Members and guests must submit sexual health screening results every six months.
Members are responsible for keeping their medical records current at all times.
Screening results must be submitted via the Members’ Portal or directly to the Administrative Office.
Entry may be denied if valid, up-to-date proof is not provided.
Members must ensure all invited guests comply with health and wellness requirements.
Health records are confidential; non-compliance may result in denied entry, removed membership, or suspension.
No exchanging of personal information with other members (numbers, DMs, apps).
Do not approach our staff and models to request personal information or private booking. All inquiries must be directed to Management.
Non-Compete Clause: Members may not establish or support competing groups, or recruit from within VICE CITY for external ventures.
Consequence: Immediate dismissal, revoked membership, and permanent removal from all roles.
Event details (time, date, format) may be adjusted at management’s discretion.
Minimum 20 confirmed guests required for full experiences; otherwise events may be rescheduled, reimagined, or credited.
Management’s decision is final in all operational and disciplinary matters, including the right to refuse service, revoke membership, or deny entry without explanation.
Lost & Found: Management will assist but is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Phones & Photos: Strictly no photos or recordings inside, unless in designated, authorized areas.
Shuttle Service: Chauffeured Park & Ride available for convenience.
Refunds: No cash refunds. Club credit may be issued at Management’s discretion.
Discounts & Perks: Loyalty-based offers,discounts, or complimentary benefits may be granted at Management’s discretion.
“No” Means No – Consent is essential. Stop at any time if uncomfortable.
No Hard Feelings – Rejection happens; accept it with grace.
Tackle Jealousy – Speak openly with your partner about feelings and boundaries.
Communicate – Honor the rules and boundaries set with your partner before arrival.
Respect Everyone – Respect your own guidelines, and honor others’ boundaries.
Walls – Do not lean or press against walls.
Restricted Rooms – Off-limits unless authorized.
Voices – Speak softly; no loud noises, or disruptions.
Toilets – Flush, wipe, clean.
Waste – Dispose of condoms, wipes, cups, and cigarettes in bins provided.
Cups – Reuse and return when leaving.
Masquerade Masks – Reuse and return when leaving.
No Drinks in Playrooms – Keep beverages outside.
Devices – No phones beyond main floor or playrooms; all must be checked at Storage.
